COFFEE BEANS MEXICO
The coffee is processed immediately after harvest by the farmers themselves. Pulping, fermentation and washing are carried out in small dedicated units, directly on the farms. The producers supply dry parchment coffee to the cooperative, which is in charge of mixing, classifying and exporting it.
Malongo and his foundation are very involved in various projects with small Mexican coffee producers. A long-standing commitment since joining Father Van der Hoff, co-founder of the Max Havelaar label in 1992.
Wonderfully flavored coffee, slightly acidic, smooth and balanced, with a fruity flavor. It pairs well with sweet desserts, nuts, and milk chocolate.
COFFEE BEANS HONDURAS GRANDE GRAINS
The country has many farms. To fight against falling prices, small producers have formed a cooperative.
The cooperative from which this harvest comes was created in 2000 after the passage of Hurricane Mitch. Today, by bringing together 170 members, it has become a model for other cooperatives in the country.

CHINA SIMAO COFFEE BEANS
Coffee is grown mainly in Yunnan province, in the south of the country. Our crude comes from the Simao district, not far from the borders with Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos, coffee-producing countries.
The coffee plantations have developed with the increase in coffee consumption, which has made it possible to discover excellent Arabicas as well as new flavors. Traditionally, the Chinese population is a great consumer of tea. But under Western influence, restaurants and hotels have started offering coffee, with consumption increasing rapidly.
